Preparation
Here comes the demonstration. Before you start, make sure your PC and Epson printer are connected to the same LAN. Also, please install Download Navigator and Epson Printer Finder applications.
- Open "Epson Printer Finder", select your printer and press "Open Setup Page"
- Select "Google Cloud Printer Setup"
- Select "Register" and you would proceed to Google account registration. Enter your Google account and password, and then press "Sign in" in the next step. If you don't have Google account, you may create one by pressing "Create an account now".
- The "Printer Confirmation" page would show. Press "Finish printer registration" to register the selected printer to your Google account.
- Google Cloud Print is now ready to use. You may print anywhere and anytime.
Printing
Open Google services (such as Gmail and Google Docs) and what you want to print. Then, press "Print all using Google Cloud Print".
* While using a computer, please open Google service and what you want to print in Google Chrome browser.
Printer Sharing
You may invite friends to use your printer through Google Cloud Print service.
Please enter "Manage your printers" page and select the printer you would like to share with friends. Then, follow the instructions displayed on the screen, enter your friends' Google account and press "Share" to confirm your action.
To accept your invitation and print through Google Cloud Print service, your friends just simply follow Step of "Printing". Open what they want to print through Google services, they will receive your invitation after pressing "Print all using Google Cloud Print". After accepted the invitation, they can use your printer anywhere and anytime.
