How to use

Send your email content or email attachment to the printer's e-mail address

Register a unique email address for your Epson printer at Epson Connect website

Setup

  1. Download and Install Email Print Software
  2. Setup your Epson Connect Email Print account using the Print Setup wizard. Please follow the instructions as shown on the screen.
  3. After registration, please visit http://www.epsonconnect.com to sign in your Email Print account.
  4. You may customize the email address of your printer at the "Change Printer Email" page.
  5. "My Printer ⁄ Email List" page shows all registered printer and email address of your account.

Advanced Settings

Setup your white list
You may setup your own white list at the "Approved Senders List" page. Or just keep the default settings, your printer will print all jobs received.

Printing email body or attachments
Choose what you want to print at "Print Settings". If you prefer printing the email body only, please select "Print Email Body". If you want to print both email body and attachments, simply keep the default settings.

Viewing print log
All email print records all shown in the "Print Log" page, including date, time, sender, subject, etc.
